Choosing to work remotely can mean many things; it can mean that you work in the office a few days a week and away for the rest of the time, it can mean that you work from home exclusively, or it can mean that you’re nomadic, and you travel or move around whilst working online. It sounds great, right? No more morning commute, no more expensive work lunches, and no more having to put up with Mr or Mrs annoying in the next booth to you.

 

The thing is, remote working could actually make you healthier. Another reason to consider it!

As a result, this helps you to manage stress, which can be extremely damaging when it is allowed to build up over time.

Having a suitable home and work-life balance is vital for overall mood, health, and wellbeing.
