As mentioned, the programme consists of 3 phases, which all contain a bio-individualised and evidence-based diet plan.

FIRST PHASE:

The first phase will not only exist of diet and no exercise, but stress management and coaching are included as well in order to get you on the right track emotionally.

SECOND PHASE:

In the second phase you will follow a 12-day diet plan to balance your biochemistry, as it was reset in the first phase. 

THIRD PHASE:

The last phase will be done solo, where you will integrate everything that you have learned into your lifestyle. It’s not until this last phase that any exercise is introduced, and for good reason. The founder Kinga Czekalski has done heaps of research on dieting and nutrition, and has even used her own body as a case study.
