Chemistworks Broadway is the best pharmacy I came across in Los Angeles. I never had any issues, even during Covid-19 time. The pharmacist & the staff is providing excellent and extraordinary free delivery service throughout.

So, my only complaint is the interaction I had with one female pharmacy tech at this location (I’m praying she was just a tech and not a pharmacist!). I was trying to get my Adderall refilled, and despite the date, my doctor wrote the prescription to be filled, they wouldn’t fill it, as I was late getting my previous prescription filled. Why was I late? Because they didn’t have it in stock. My doctor called it in due to Covid-19 changes. So normally, I just take my paper prescription to a different pharmacy. This time, since it was sent electronically, I couldn’t have it transferred to another location. So fast-forward to today. The tech was very aggressive and abrasive, but what blew my mind the most is that she told me you couldn’t fill narcotics more than 30 days apart. I told her Adderall was a schedule II controlled medication, but it’s most certainly not a narcotic. Narcotics are downers. Adderall is the opposite. It’s an upper. Then she started laughing at me, saying I was wrong, and tried to make me feel like an idiot. I again disagreed and said it’s NOT a narcotic. Yes, it’s a DEA schedule II controlled medication, but it’s NOT a narcotic. She just yelled again that I had no idea what I was talking about. I went to Johns Hopkins, B*tch. It’s time for you to brush up on your drug classes. A handy little tip for the future? Narcotic = downer. Adderall = upper. Both can be schedule II controlled substances. Both are not narcotics.

The owners are great. I’d recommend coming in when he’s running the store. You’ll get more information & more value for your time. Fresh Therapeutics is literally the most affordable & trustworthy source for your medications at a fair price. Other places will gouge you like a used car salesman. I know, sales, so it’s nice to see a reliably fair-priced product from a friendly local business owner.

I’ve had terrible experiences at every other pharmacy I’ve used in Weatherford since moving here a couple of years ago. I’ve been using Viaqx for the past year or so and have had a great experience. The staff is so nice and prompt to help you. There’s never a line when I’m there (evening, weekends). And when they say my script is ready, it’s ready. there is a Walgreens down the street (grant and swan) and the CVS on the speedway and they could never seem to get that right! They would text me it was ready, and I’d show up and wait almost 30 min sometimes to get my script they said was ready.

Truly 5/5 customer service. It has made medication delivery during this time that much less stressful for me, and every delivery person is so genuinely friendly 🙂 I honestly could not recommend Priceline services more.

Had an appointment for my first COVID vaccine today. I went to check-in, and the lady with the long grey hair was very rude to me. She acted like I was interfering with her day. She asked for my insurance card, and when I gave it to her, she tossed it back on the counter at me and asked if I had a pharmacy card. She would not update my address in the system (it has an old address and phone number from 2008). I work in customer service and know that behavior is unacceptable.

Darling Square Pharmacy (CSAT: 4.6)

If you have to decide between CVS and Walgreens, then hands down, it’s always Darling Square Pharmacy. As for the pharmacy, there’s no pharmacist I rather see than Marcus and his team. They are the reason that I choose that specific pharmacy every time I need a prescription. I’ve really developed a relationship with the staff, and I really hope that that pharmacy stays open for as long as possible. The only downside with the pharmacy is that it closes now at 7:00 on the weekdays.

They never told me they didn’t have a prescription I filled a week prior. They knew then, and they didn’t have the prescription. Then told me I could just have the prescription transferred to a pharmacy that did have it, knowing the prescription is considered a controlled substance and is not transferable. After speaking with other pharmacies, they knew everything they told me to do could not be done. That’s why I reported it as discrimination with the better business bureau. They purposely mislead me.
