BONDI SANDS GLO – #ProductReview

Introducing the Newest Bondi Sands Family Members: the Glo Getters, the Bronze Sisters and One Night Only.

Glo Matte, Glo Shimmer and Glo Gloss!

What I initially loved about these was the options, sometimes I’m not ready for a glossy skinned J-Lo kinda vibe, sometimes I do want a healthy Gigi-like Matte faux tan and then other times I want the Shimmering Mrs Carter Deep Glow when I’m really feeling myself!

Then there’s the time when you are running late and you were going to hop in the shower and remove your old tan and start fresh but ‘Love Island’ was just sooo good that you wake up kind of pale, a little patchy and supposed to be somewhere.

This is THE time when the Bondi Sands Glo Range is for you!

The Glo Matte is going to be the easiest to use in my opinion, it’s a very natural colour and really easy to blend. It’s a much more affordable and liquid-y version of the Chanel Tan De Soleil cream bronzer that Youtubers convinced us to buy, (just me?) it has that same universally flattering but warm tone.

The Shimmer Glo has shimmery finish (oh really?) but is more of a cool tone so if applied right, will look really natural, and will make your skin have a soft hydrated “I have been on vacation but I used my spf 50 everyday and I drank the recommended daily intake amount of water” appearance.

The Gloss Glo is the most innovative but also, I imagine, the most intimidating to a faux tan beginner or an avid daily gradual moisturiser kinda girl. It has a metallic, not glittery, almost wet look to it. Think, Lara Bingle for her (The Base) Beauty Campaign or even on a Victoria Secret Runway. It convincingly gives the skin an “I actually just got straight out of the water and came here” look. You know the one?

These work effortlessly all over the face and body.

For the body, it is best applied with a tanning mitt, to buff in circular motions.

My favourite way to use these on the face, is with either a dense synthetic hair brush like the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush or a Beauty Sponge. The brush is great for all over bronzing; the forehead, onto the cheeks and down the neck, whereas the sponge is perfect for a quick pat onto the cheeks over foundation.

Pro tip: darken your existing foundation with a drop of the Matte or Shimmer in to create a bronzed all over glow!

At $17.99 each these three are quite the summer catch!

Bondi Sands, you have done it again! Try it for yourself today, stocked exclusively at Priceline.
