Kylie Jenner, 19 year old reality TV star and beauty brand mogul, has dropped a new line of blushes on the sly. Despite her recent release of the much-anticipated Kylighters, Kylie has wasted no time in releasing a sneaky line of blushes to entertain her fans. Like all of her products, the new blush range is beautifully and simply packaged.

Kylie Jenner announced yesterday that she is releasing a Matte Pressed Powder Blush range, which is set to be released this Friday. This is a massive surprise, as Kylie usually teases her products for weeks before releasing them. We are more than excited to see how this beautiful blush line looks on skin!
Although, if you’re lucky enough to get a product, make sure that you get the product in your hands before posting excitedly to Twitter about getting one. Kylie Cosmetics has been facing a lot of backlash for their Kylighter range, which has been delivered to many customers in damaged condition or without the actual product.
Although Jenner is yet to address the backlash surrounding her latest product, the Kylighter and people getting empty compacts, that hasn’t stopped her from promoting her new blush range.

This isn’t the first time that Jenner has been in trouble with her cosmetics line. There were rumours that Kylie’s sold-out lip kits were, in fact, copies of Colorpop products. Colorpop is known for their affordable quality products, however, Kylie’s lip kits were meant to be stand-alone products. These were eventually confirmed in an interview with the founders of Seed Beauty, who are the parent companies of both Colorpop and Kylie Cosmetics.
Consumers are definitely wary about purchasing these new blushes, but with the strength of Kylie’s brand and her influence on her followers, it’s hard to say whether or not the continuous product complaints will stop people from buying her product. It certainly hasn’t stopped people from buying her new Kylighters on her website, despite the news that people aren’t even getting their Chocolate Cherry compacts with the product inside. It won’t surprise you to find that this is one of three that are still in stock.
Based on the viewer count on Jenner’s latest promotional video for the blushes, it’s clear that that the reality star is a force to be reckoned with in the cosmetic industry. This is despite her being uncharacteristically quiet on what the products are. That is despite her uncharacteristic silence on the details of her products, perhaps to distance her new product from any controversy.
We don’t have to wait long to see how this new Kylie Cosmetics product will unfold. The Blush launches on Friday in the US, and Saturday for us Australians, so you’ll have plenty of time to hop on Kylie’s website and check out the range.
