Festival season is upon us ladies and gentlemen, and what better way to get into the spirit than to suss out the creative makeup looks other people have rocked. Be prepared for a heap of glitter!

@mythicalpeach_ has created this simple yet effective winged liner using star shaped glitters. It seems like the eyeshadow is pretty simple, using pinks and purples over the lid and in the crease, an iridescent shade on the mobile lid, and perfectly finished off with those purple/blue duochrome stars. Absolutely gorg!

@glow.mich pictured rocking a loud pink cut crease with sparkly iridescent glitter on her lid. The cool part? If your eye bags are taking over, just douse them in glitter! A quick and easy fix to cover the lack of sleep you’ve been getting. I wish I could get away with this everyday.

@mollyobrienmakeup has slayed her client’s makeup, even stretching its effect onto her sleek hair. Another cut crease, I know, but the mask effect looks super funky fresh and that blue glitter wing!!! So beautiful. The large confetti glitters look awesome, and trail onto her hair along with some finer, iridescent glitters. The outline of the mask looks to be white eyeliner dotted around her eyes, adding some highlights to her face. One of my favourite looks!

For those who opt for a more natural look, check out @elonacommerell_mua. This look has a beautiful natural glowy base, amped up with some graphic liner. This checkerboard liner looks insane and very intricate, but its a minimal look for those who are anti-glitter!

Sometimes you just can’t be bothered. Y’know what’s perfect for those days? Chunky glitter gels. Slather that stuff onto your cheekbones, sans makeup, and it looks like you’ve spent 4 hours doing your full face. OR add it to your already glam face for the perfect highlight topper. What a perfect cheat!
