I Tried An Alya Skin Face Mask With My Boyfriend

Trying new things with your significant other is super fun, sometimes romantic and a great way to learn more about your partner. This weekend I had the chance to test out the infamous Pink Clay Mask by Alya Skin. So of course, I roped my boyfriend into the exercise as well. And it was a vibe.

Created with Australia clay, the Alya Skin Pink Clay Mask is a vegan and cruelty-free product that works to detoxify and brighten your skin. At Priceline’s most recent Beauty Prescription event, Alya Skin’s founder Manny Barbas, announced their products would become available in Priceline right in time for Summer. Apparently great for those with sensitive skin, I was keen to see the results.

From the get go, I instantly noticed my skin felt firmer. Both of our faces felt smoother and our pores had closed significantly. We are cursed with a reddish undertone on our skin, so we were pleasantly surprised when it lessened the redness and brightened our skin.

When applying the mask, even a small amount seemed to cover our faces. The mask’s jar is 120 grams, which according to their website is about 2 months worth, if you are using it 3-4 uses per week. Leaving the mask on for 10 minutes, we cooked breakfast and then washed it off with warm water and a hand towel. It was an awesome quick beauty routine that we can regularly do together, or by ourselves.

Although my dog was terrified, The Pink Clay Mask will definitely be on the cards for joint weekend relaxation and easy beauty pampering.

Try it for yourself for just $49.99, or split the cost with your boo 😉
