Beauty boss and social media mogul, Huda Kattan, has proved yet again that it’s a Huda Beauty world and we’re all just living in it. Kattan has announced the launch of five – yes, that’s right, FIVE – new eyeshadow palettes. The mini palettes are all named after and inspired by five of our favourite precious stones: Sapphire, Emerald, Topaz, Ruby, and Amethyst. Let’s all raise a collective glass for all the lucky squids whose birthstones have been selected by Queen Huda – September, May, October, July and February babies we’re looking at you!

Kattan took to social media to announce the exciting launch. “Since you guys loved our first collection of Obsessions palettes so much, we decided to extend the range with a super luxurious new collection featuring five new shade ranges inspired by precious stones,” she said on her blog.

The creator of Huda Beauty gave her 26.9 million Instagram followers a sneak peak of the new products. Each palette comes with nine shades, and are a mix of matte, shimmer, and duochrome. The palettes can be used on their own for a stone-inspired look, but are also complementary to each other. The launch will be an extension of Huda Beauty’s Obsessions range, which saw the release of six mini palettes in the shades Gemstone, Warm Brown, Mauve, Coral, Electric, and Smokey.

This is the latest in what has been a massive year of launches for Huda Beauty. The brand dropped their Easy Bake Setting Powder in July, as well as a line of Demi Matte Lipsticks. Kattan also hinted at the release of a concealer in an episode of her Facebook TV series, Huda Boss.

The shadows will be launching on September 21, so clean your blending brushes guys and gals, and brace yourself for some stunning eyeshadow looks in the coming months.
