Some days you wake up and feel so undesirable that no one would find you the hottie biscotti that we know you are. So how do you get your sexy vibes on even if you just want to go back to bed and pull the covers over you? Here’s how.

Put on your favourite fragrance

It doesn’t matter if you’re heading out or staying in, wearing your signature scent helps release good feeling endorphines. We associate smells with certain memories and if you’ve got a delicious smell, no doubt people will want to have a sniff of you too.

Buy some sexy lingerie

Don’t just save it for special occasions. Being sexy doesn’t just need to be showcased on the outside but on the inside too. Get a bra that lifts your assets. If you’re sick of your dull colour, especially with evenings that go darker quicker and when there are less chances of getting vitamin C during winter, this can instantly add some sparkle back into your appearance.

Getting a good nights sleep not only refreshes you, it gives you a spring in your step, a more stable mood. You’re more likely to put more effort into your appearance when you wake up in the morning and give yourself more self-love.
