While technically it is a film festival, the Cannes Film Festival red carper is possibly the best-dressed of the year. Stars are generally more relaxed than they are at say, the Oscars (hey, it’s southern France in summer, who wouldn’t be relaxed?), but they certainly still bring their style A-game. These are a few of our favourite looks so far.
Blake Lively

First things first, the girl is pregnant! Blake usually kills it at red carpet events, but the variety and style in each of her many looks ( so far it has been 6 outfits in 2 days) is what has put her on the top of our list.

Even if it wasn’t summer in Cannes, it would feel like it when looking at these three lovely ladies. Each rocking a different hue, the style and colour suit each star perfectly. Our favourite has to be Kirsten Dunst channeling Mad Men though.

Following last years #flatgate debacle where a group of women in their fifties were turned away from the premier of Carol for not wearing heels, these ladies have taken it upon themselves to flaunt the strict Cannes rules. We say right on ladies!

First time Cannes attendees Bella Hadid, Lily-Rose Depp and Kendall Jenner sure showed everyone that they’re no slackers in the style game. While Bella looked stunning on the opening night and we wish we had the style of Lily-Rose at 16, we can’t stop frothing over Kendall’s look!
