Some of the most unapologetically slow service I’ve ever received, ever. Waited over an hour in line for testing and received really curt, unresponsive, and apathetic service. Not even an apology for the wait. An understandably difficult time for healthcare and pharmacy workers, but this was especially poor service.

Since I’ve moved to the area, the customer service at this Fresh Therapeutics has been exemplary! From the door to the pharmacy and checkout, everyone here greets you with a smile, and Welcome! Nowadays, we all should share the same spirit of kindness and respect of service towards one another!

My first visit to this family-owned pharmacy was at the end of last month. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. All the staff members were attentive to my request and very helpful in meeting and exceeding my expectations. I will certainly be changing my pharmacy from the large CVC pharmacy where I am treated with indifference.

So I love this place! I have a really high tolerance, and I am fairly poor, so Chemist Warehouse Haymarket is one of the best places for me to get meds. Great recommendation from a great dispensary!!! Love you guys!!

Yet another poorly educated business, shocking since it’s a pharmacy. The clerk wasn’t wearing a mask, and when asked why, her response was to smile. We will be reporting this business and employee. So many elderly customers are affected by this one person’s decision to be selfish. *This happened today 7/20/20, for owners’ reference.

I come to Pharmacy 4 Less Glebe fairly often, even though there are two CVS’s close by. I completely understand not all items advertised in your flyer are available at all stores, but when I asked the young associate for a particular item, she had no interest in helping me. All she said was, “seasonal items are on isle… period. I will avoid this store.

Have gone here for COVID testing, and the pharmacy staff could not be more helpful or informative. I will warn anyone who goes here that it IS a COVID testing site (nasal swab) in the drive-thru pharmacy line, so expect there to be some delays. I have twice witnessed impatient customers cursing out others in line and being incredibly rude to others in line as well as staff. Not the staff’s fault that nasal swabs take a few minutes (it’s on YOU to properly submit your health insurance ahead of time to avoid delays because of that) – the pharmacists are incredibly efficient and deserve a raise! Understand that everyone is very stressed for multiple reasons during this pandemic, but I would just ask that some of the clientele at this location carry more kindness and graciousness toward the folks helping our area navigate rising cases and a literal pandemic.
