Elizabeth Arden is famous for her red lipstick which was first released in 1912 for the suffragettes to symbolise female emancipation and power. So it seems fitting that exactly 100 years later In light of International Women’s Day, Arden has teamed up with superwoman Reese Witherspoon to create ‘Red Door’. A limited edition, striking red lipstick that symbolise’s ‘unity and advocacy’ with the aim of helping women all around the world.

The brands Storyteller-In-Chief Reese Witherspoon has stated that the March Campaign behind ‘Red Door’ aims “To help women unite and reach their best potential” and  encourages women to gift the powerful lipstick to other women. The cause gets even better with Elizabeth Arden promising that 100% of the proceeds go to UN Women.

 

 
Red Door in itself is a truly stunning depiction of class and beauty, boasting the famous ‘Door’ coloured red for the packaging, a bold Gold casing on the inside and a personal touch from Witherspoon herself by signing the casing ‘Reese x’.
